 KEPSA - Kenya Private Sector Alliance www.kepsa.or.ke

It provides a unified voice for the private sector in public policy dialogue, hence providing the framework for public-private sector partnership. KEPSA’s Membership is diverse and Governing Council representation inclusive.  Established in March 2003, KEPSA seeks integration of the private sector as an equal partner with government in economic policy formulation. It also mobilizes its members to articulate issues of common interest and creates synergy among them.

Mission
Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) is an autonomous public institute whose primary mission is to provide quality public policy advice to the government of Kenya and to the private sector in order to contribute to achievement of national development goals. The Institute contributes to improved public policy making and implementation by: ·
Conducting objective public policy research and analysis; Informing and providing advice during policy-making process; Building capacity of the Government of Kenya to absorb, undertake and analyze public policy; Strengthening working modalities with the Government of Kenya and other stakeholders; and Enhancing KIPPRA’s institutional capacity in order to effectively support the policy process. KIPPRA is therefore a central source of information and advice on a wide range of policy issues.  

Vision
The vision of the Institute is to become the leading public policy research institute in Africa, an international centre of excellence. 
 

ALGAK - Association of Local Government Authorities of Kenya www.algak.or.ke

About ALGAK

The Association of Local Government Authorities of Kenya (ALGAK) was informally established in 1959 by local authorities as a national forum to lobby for the promotion of strong local government institutions and was registered in 1966 under the Society's Act of the laws of Kenya as an umbrella body for all the local authorities in Kenya. Membership to ALGAK is by registration and payment of subscription fee.

Our vision “ALGAK envisages to be the best all-inclusive and sustainable membership organization of local authorities that promotes efficient, democratic and viable local government system.”

Our mission

“ALGAK seeks to contribute to local development & good governance through creation of coalitions and partnerships in lobbying, advocacy and policy research to promote efficient service delivery and local socio-economic development.”
